Armorcast offers a wide selection of Transformer, Equipment and Telephone pads to meet every need. From Polymer Concrete to Rotocast, each pad has been designed and engineered to withstand high static loads. The materials utilized in manufacturing our Equipment, Telephone and Transformer pads have been formulated to resist and survive extreme weather conditions. This combination, coupled with our 30+ years of experience, provides a Telephone, Transformer and Equipment pad product meant for long term serviceability and zero maintenance.

POLYMER CONCRETE PAD INFO

MATERIALS	Special blend polymer concrete material with closed cell inter covers strategically placed that will not permit water absorption, decay or infestation.
UV RESISTANCE	Polymer Concrete requires no other additives as it is naturally UV resistant.
PERFORMANCE	Solid, sturdy and long lasting material withstands extreme weather conditions and abuse.
PRODUCTION	Polymer Concrete slurry is cast into precision engineered molds to insure consistent quality and sizing for Equipment, Telephone and Transformer pads.
COLORS	Retains coloring under all weather conditions. Similar in coloring as most conventional concrete. Special colors available upon request.

ROTOCAST PAD INFO

MATERIALS	Specialized blend of linear low density polyethylene combined with a high concentrate of heat absorption co-polymers.
UV RESISTANCE	High concentration of UV inhibitors, including Carbon that increases resistance to breakdown caused by sunlight and weathering.
PERFORMANCE	Exceptional strength is a result of our special material blend and use of revolutionary Matrix design which does not allow deflection until static load exceeds 3 tons.
PRODUCTION	Proprietary Rotocast manufacturing techniques produce a finished product free from defect and maintains shape for many consistent years of service.
COLORS	Standard colors include Black or Poly-Gray. Others available upon request.
